The Administrator will play an active role as one of the main team members in providing administrative support to the organisation. This role will require a highly organised administrative professional who is competent at working in a busy fast paced environment.
- Support senior managers
-Ensure all documents are produced accurately and in the correct format
- Undertake additional specific tasks
You will be ensuring that staff and service users are supported through efficient process and maintaining administration systems within specified timescales.
Supporting the finance function on a Adhoc bases.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
This role will be for three months at £10 per hour PAYE
