Robert Half are recruiting a Credit Control Clerk with a leading organisation based on the outskirts of Swindon on a full-time permanent basis. Our client are looking for a self-motivated individual who works well under pressure.

The role

Reporting into the Credit Manager you will be responsible for managing a variety of duties including:
  • Chasing overdue debt from customers.
  • Resolving queries with customers and colleagues.
  • Logging all collections made on internal systems.
  • Allocation of funds.
  • Generating customer statements.
  • Reporting to management when necessary.

The ideal profile

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in credit control and will have a confident phone manner. Intermediate excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables are desired.

Salary and benefits:
  • £20,000- £22,000.
  • Pension contribution.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
