Job Description

Responsibilities will include:
  • Management of the pension/payroll reconciliation process
  • Leading a small team
  • Processing of monthly and weekly payroll
  • Maintain of payroll database
  • PAYE & NI reconciliation
  • Pension administration including auto enrolment pension scheme
  • Submission of weekly and monthly BACS payments

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is professional and has a hands-on approach. To be considered for this role of Payroll Manager you MUST meet the following criteria:
  • Significant payroll experience with a proven track record of payroll processing in a similar environment
  • Preparation of all relevant tax documentation
  • A proven track record of continuous improvement projects from conception to completion
  • Pension knowledge including reconciling monthly deductions/payments
  • Be an advanced Excel skills user
  • Knowledge of HMRC regulations of PAYE and NI
