The Permanent Division of Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Financial Accounting Manager on behalf of a specialist services business with offices in Milton Keynes.
As Financial Accounting Manager you will work at a senior level managing a team and providing a first class Financial Accounting service including the maintenance of all financial systems, processes and controls. Day to day duties will consist of statutory returns including VAT; monthly reporting into the wider group function; balance sheet reconciliations; development and improvement of new and existing accounting practices; team management of a transactional finance team and other ad hoc tasks.
You will be a strong technically experienced Qualified Accountant who has previous team management experience and the ability to work across an independent business that is attached to a larger Global group. You will be used to a fast moving environment and be able to delegate as well as manage a team closely.
The business is an independent unit but part of a larger Global group. Therefore the ability to work independently is key however the larger size of the overall business would be an excellent opportunity for an individual to grow their Group knowledge and experience.
Salary and Benefits
Role of Financial Accounting Manager in Milton Keynes is paying £45-50K + Car + Bonus + Benefits
