Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £20,000

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Job Duties:

  • Accurately record purchase invoices and credit notes on the finance system (SAGE)
  • Reconcile the creditors ledger to supplier statements, querying any discrepancies
  • Arranging weekly supplier payment runs
  • Keeping cash flow up to date with all supplier payment requests
  • Process Petty Cash
  • Process Expense Claims
  • Process Barclaycard expenditure statements
  • Daily bank account postings to SAGE
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts to the bank statement - daily and monthly
  • Investigate and resolve any differences found on bank reconciliations
  • Sage Payroll
  • Sales Ledger
  • Assist with any other accounts & finance duties as directed
  • Supporting on HR duties
  • Health & Safety
  • General admin duties & Procurement
  • Working ISO


The Candidate:


  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Experience of using SAGE packages
  • Self-motivated and well organised as there are large volumes of paperwork to process
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
