The Role

An global organisation offering a friendly working environment alongside excellent opportunities to progress are looking to recruit a Polish Speaking Finance Administrator to work from their open plan offices based in West Oxfordshire paying up to £23,000 with study support.

Responsibilities of the role include:

- Processing invoices

- Reconciling vendor accounts

- Query Handling

- Weekly payment runs

- Preparing payments for approval

- Liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Other ad-hoc duties

The Company

The successful Polish Speaking Finance Administrator will be working from their office in West Oxfordshire.

The Candidate

Candidates must be fluent in Polish and possess some administration or customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a finance environment and be proficient user of Oracle and Excel i.e. pivot tables, v-look ups and preferably macros.

The following skills are also required: time management, strong interpersonal, articulation and a strong attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is paying up to £23,000 with an attractive benefits package.
