Robert Half are pleased to be recruiting for a family run business on the South side of Leeds for a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is a small team and personal skills will be very important in this company as you will liaise with everyone from the Managing Director to the warehouse staff.

The Role

The role will involve: -Matching, batching and coding high volumes of invoices -Setting up new suppliers and altering account details where required -Dealing with incoming queries -Monthly supplier reconciliations -Preparing weekly BACS and CHAPS runs --Assisting with month end close The successful candidate for this role should have a strong background in Purchase Ledger with a high standard of excel. You should have a friendly and co-operative personality and must be able to show that you can work independently with minimal supervision.
