Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently partnering exclusively with our client - a large business with a small friendly family feel in Bristol, in their recruitment of a Finance Manager on a permanent contract. The role is a fantastic end to end finance position for a fully qualified accountant to sink their teeth into! Paying up to £46,000 + benefits, and flexible working. This role is also succession planning for the Senior Finance Manager. Please note: this role will require travel one day per week.

  • Working closely with operations to assist with process improvement
  • Preparation of budgets & forecasts as well as being involved in planning meetings with external stakeholders
  • Manage all financial control procedures
  • Manage and produce weekly financial and statistical information as well as period reporting
  • Challenge the financial results across the business
  • Full balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist in the development of a junior accountant in the team

Experience Required:
  • Fully qualified accountant (or will be fully qualified come end of notice period)
  • Experience in working with non finance stakeholders
  • Strong inter personally
