Broadacres Housing Association works throughout North Yorkshire in an area of high demand with a strong rural focus – this makes us different to many housing associations. The Resources Director will deliver Great Finances and Great Governance at the same time as developing our culture of evidence-based decision making. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they want to understand how the whole organisation works and how they will add value beyond a narrow finance remit. You will provide excellent leadership to the directorate, deliver effective management of the Group’s finances and financial systems and be responsible for strong leadership of treasury and pension matters.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will become a member of the Executive Team responsible for working with the Board to make an effective contribution to the strategic direction of Broadacres. This includes developing and delivering the Corporate Strategy, Vision and Mission.

Your role will also be to ensure that the resources are in place for the organisation to deliver the innovative services that it aspires to provide including sound business intelligence information to the wider organisation.
