Accounts Payable Clerk
Reporting to the Financial Reporting & Accounting Manager.
- Processing invoices
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Bank reconciliation
- Assist in PSA calculation
- Supplier and expenses payment runs
- Liaise with outsourced AP provider
- Chasing of invoice with the outsourced AP provider
- Set up of new vendors
- Filing and archiving
The ideal candidate should have good A-Level and 1 - 3 years of experience in a fast pace AP environment. Excellent communication and intermediate Excel skills is also required.
