Robert Half Welwyn Garden City are pleased to working with a local, well-known business who is seeking to add a temporary Accounts Assistant to its established finance department.
My client is going through a busy period and needs another set of capable hands to help with the workload.
- Purchase Ledger duties
- Review of supplier statements and reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Support payment runs
- Assist in month end journals/accruals
- Assist with sales ledger duties
- Assist with purchase ledger duties
- Assisting with payroll
The ideal candidate will be experienced in the following;
- Purchase ledger and sales ledger
- Dealing with high volume of data entry
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
Salary & Benefits
An hourly rate of £10 - £13 is on offer dependent on experience.
