Sales Ledger/Credit Control - Hinckley

  • Responsible for £10m sales ledger
  • Raising all head office invoices
  • Responsible for debt collection
  • Monitor payments received and match accordingly
  • Dealing with invoice queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • House keeping and maintenance of sales ledger
  • Production of management information as requested
  • Ensuring good relations and communication with all clients
  • Ad hoc financial projects as requested

Key Requirements
  • Previous experience of sales ledger and credit control
  • IT skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, demonstrating time management and organisational ability
  • Self-motivated, team player, able to work autonomously within a framework
  • High levels of enthusiasm, personality, can do attitude and drive
  • Ensure professional knowledge, skills, initiative, innovation and personal image are sufficiently developed to fulfil the requirement of the position
  • Full Driving Licence

Salary - 20k
