Robert Half are partnering a leading firm in Edinburgh to recruit for a Payroll Manager.

The role:

Joining as Payroll Manager based in the Edinburgh office, you will be responsible for the delivery of payroll services (weekly / monthly ) to a significant number of client payrolls across the firm in total, deal with queries and advice clients on technical issues, pensions, auto enrolment and assist with new client payroll implementations.

You will undertake processing and act as initial point of contact for these clients and develop relationships, processing weekly, fortnightly, monthly payrolls for wide ranging clients in size and complexityYou will have a pivotal role within the firms payroll department and progress in your career, with increasing responsibility. The Successful Applicant

You will be technically proficient, with a minimum of 3- 5 years or more, experience in Payroll. Ideally you will have Accountancy Practice experience, payroll bureau and/or experience of large payrolls in industry and be looking to transfer your skills and background into the profession.
