In this role you will take complete control of the recruitment/training/development across all levels of the business.
You will report directly to the MD and be expected to take full responsibility for all things HR. This role would be suited to someone with managerial experience or extensive experience within the construction industry from an HR Manager background or managing in-house recruitment.
This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity where you will be working in a team of 1 (with potential to hire an assistant) and as point of contact across the business.
