Robert Half are partnering with a well estabilished FMCG organisation based in Axbridge Somerset, they are looking for a Payroll Officer on a temporary to permanent basis. The role is available to start ASAP.

Role: Payroll Officer

Location: Axbridge (Somerset)

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £12 - £15ph

Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll for UK based staff
  • Dealing with all adjustments and manual calculations
  • Processing P45, P46 and P11d
  • Liaising with HMRC
  • Creating new starters and leavers to the business
  • Acting as a point of internal contact for Payroll related queries
  • Performing reconciliation of Payroll to ensure integrity of data is accurate
  • Ensuring information is kept up to date and accurate
  • Daily maintenance of master data spreadsheet

To be considered you will need:
  • Previous Payroll experience, ideally weekly and monthly
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
