Robert Half are currently working with a growing law firm in central Bristol to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team. This is an entry-level role that is perfect for an enthusiastic individual seeking an opportunity to gain experience within a busy and varied finance department. The role is offering £18,000 - £20,000 + AAT study support.

The Role

Reporting directly into the Purchase Ledger Supervisor and working alongside 2 other clerks - the Purchase Ledger team will be responsible for working closely with other members of the finance team to ensure that a consistent and reliable service is offered across the firm.

Key Duties:
  • Timely processing of a high volume of purchase invoices
  • Making payments to suppliers using an online banking platform
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Processing internal expense claims
  • Maintaining numerous purchase order logs

Your Profile
  • Eager to learn and possess a positive attitude
  • Ideally previous experience of working in a professional services environment
  • High standard of professionalism
  • Ideally looking to study AAT or doing so already

  • £21,000 - £23,000
  • 26 days holiday + bank holidays (+ option to buy/sell 5 days)
