Enthusiastic individual required in full time role for small, but dedicated Finance Department and working in a friendly office in a rural location.

Minimum AAT qualified, but ideally ACCA or equivalent with at least 5 years post qualification experience.  Must be eligible to work in UK. Part-time or flexible working could be considered.

IT literate with good working knowledge of Excel and general accounting IT packages, however specific training provided for QUBE property based software.

Thorough understanding of accounting principles up to TB and beyond and must also be up to date with tax and financial legislation. Willingness needed to take an interest in all aspects of this multi-faceted business.

Smart individual, adaptable, numerate, communicative, team player, but capable of working on own initiative and with a ‘can do’ non-bureaucratic attitude.

Salary and pension commensurate with role, based on an individual’s qualifications and experience.
