THE SKILLS NETWORK – FINANCE DIRECTOR
Salary Range £90k-£110k + PRP Bonus, Car Allowance, Pension and Healthcare

Starting out as a small company of five full time employees, in just under ten years the company has experienced significant growth and now has over 210 full time employees and more than 700 peripatetic tutors and associates. The company has offices in Selby and London, and in 17/18 delivered distance learning programmes and apprenticeships nationally to over 30,000 learners.
With turnover of over £14M, and graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted in May 2018, the company prides itself on the quality of our services and the standards we deliver for our college and business partners. The company has built an experienced and dynamic team of leaders and managers to deliver the strategic vision and are currently identifying the next wave of leaders to drive its ambitious plans for continued growth and outstanding education provision.
As Director of Finance you will you will be an ambitious CCAB-qualified Accountant, looking for an opportunity to shape and develop this role the organisation and lead on all matters of finance as well as HR, recruitment & training, IT and business support. You will be looking to build on experience already have gained in the commercial and education and skills sectors. Experience of merger and acquisitions would be advantageous as will and understanding of multiple education funding streams.
