Robert Half Finance & Accounting are exclusively recruiting for a high calibre Senior Payroll Clerk to work in a fast growing business in Harrogate. The successful candidate will be joining one of Yorkshire's premier brand names that in recent years has become a well-established, profitable and exciting operation. Based from their Head Office in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, this is a unique opportunity for a Senior Payroll Clerk to work in a professional, friendly and stable working environment. This role is initially covering a period of long term absence from an existing staff member.

The Role

The remit of this role will be to manage the entire Payroll process for different sites within the business. Reporting in to the Finance Manager, a summary of duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Processing a monthly payroll
  • Processing all new starters and leavers
  • Calculating all bonus payments and ensuring correct payments are made
  • Deal with all payroll queries within a respectable timescale

Additionally, the role will involve a lot of liaising and interacting with the rest of the Head Office team

Your Profile

  • Be able to build good internal relationships
