Robert half finance and accounting are actively recruiting for a temporary Payroll Assistant to support a grounded and well-established leisure business in Southampton. The role is being offered as an ongoing temporary assignment.

With onsite parking the business is looking to recruit an Payroll Assistant to join a high performing finance team. The ideal candidate will be someone with a can do attitude.

Key Responsibilities.
  • Logging of all calls, distributing where necessary and managing the call log
  • Basic Payroll calculations
  • Reset of users passwords
  • Copy payslips
  • Filing
  • Metric Data
  • Must have good excel skills
  • Basic ADP Freedom would be an advantage

Your Profile

The successful Payroll Assistant is likely to have had previous experience of working within a busy finance function, dealing with multiple sites and employees. Good Excel is required and therefore you will be asked to complete a short Excel test.
