Robert Half are recruiting for a Finance Integration Business Partner to join a rapidly expanding business. The business is acquiring around one new business per week and have no plans to slow down. This role plays a key part of the integration process. You will manage all transnational process and ensure the new business are paid accurately and most importantly on time. Training new teams is also a big part of this position, so you will need to be okay with regular travel across the UK and ROI.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Deliver the necessary training to newly integrated managers
  • Oversee monthly transactional processing to ensure accurate P&L and associate pay calculations are achieved
  • Attend site visits/ hold conference calls to ensure accurate capture of data in the 6 months post acquisition
  • Manage associate's superannuation in the first year
  • Provide a professional and courteous service to internal and external customers
  • Promote collaborative working with teams to ensure prompt and accurate local resolution of any finance and dentist pay queries
  • Ensure necessary actions are in place to recover and minimise over payments to associates
  • Liaise with teams to ensure all associate payments can be calculated accurately
  • Ensure full compliance with all internal, external and legislative requirements
  • Escalate issues where appropriate in a timely manner
  • Be proactive and partake in improvements to finance processes
  • Ensure all records are maintained accurately

Key Experience
  • Proficient with all Microsoft programs including Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience working in a finance environment
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to dealing with issues
  • Demonstrable experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Prioritisation and time management
  • Flexibility with working hours and regular travel
  • Experience of using CODA is an advantage

Salary: £35k - £40k
