Robert Half are recruiting for one of the world's leading Facility Services companies. The company has a global turnover of over £1 Billion with over 450,000 employees globally. Due to continuous growth and progression they are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager.
As a Commercial Manager, you will be the Commercial lead for contractual change control notifications and liaise with clients regarding pricing of new buildings / assets / site closures / other changes working closely with the account team to ensure optimisation of the process as well as an accurate and consistent approach. As part of your role, you will be the contractual expert for the contract, supporting the team to ensure a detailed understanding to protect both parties from external and internal risks. You will ensure timely and accurate financial forecasting including P&L, cash, client forecasting requirements and the budget planning process. In addition, delivery of clear quarterly reconciliations for the client as per the contract. Also, pro-active management of the billing process and cash collection, as well as management of the investment fund.
Salary & Requirements: £60-65k plus further benefits including a yearly bonus. The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience within a services industry. A detailed understanding of contracts and prior experience with bids and tenders is highly desired. All candidates must be fully qualified and have prior commercial and business partnering experience.
