Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a Fund Accountant to join a small, well established Private Equity firm in London's West End. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a broad role in a dynamic business. The Fund Accountant for this Private Equity firm will be responsible for day-to-day fund administration and accounting, including, but not limited to:
Investor capital calls and distributions
Investment drawdowns and distributions
Data entry into fund accounting system
Fund investment valuations
Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements and Investor Reports
Calculation of management fees
Fund taxation (US, UK, Germany)
Production of SPV consolidated financial statements
Assisting the Investor Relations team with data requests
Maintaining relationships with TPPs (auditors, tax advisers, banks)
The successful Fund Accountant for this Private Equity Firm will be recently qualified ACA or ACCA from practice or fund administration. Private Equity experience is desirable but this is NOT essential. A good attitude and ability to work in a fast based, hands on role are a must.
My client are a West End based private equity investment firm which invests in small European businesses . They accesses these small cap companies through a combination of primary partnerships, secondary investments and direct and co-investments.
Salary & Benefits
The Fund Accountant at this Private Equity firm will receive a salary of £50,000-55,000 dependant on experience plus a discretionary bonus and a competitive benefits package.
