Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger to join a friendly Manufacturing company experiencing steady growth based in East Bristol. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:

£19,000 - £22,000 plus excellent benefits

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Match delivery notes and invoices
  • Code invoices
  • Post invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Liaise with purchasing department to resolve queries
  • Open the post, distribute and file as required
  • Answer the telephones
  • Assist with month end processing
  • Undertake any additional duties as and when required by the line manager/business
  • Promote health and safety and ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures
  • Ensuring adherence to all company policies & procedures

Person specification:
  • Be able to deal with high volumes of work and manage work load efficiently
  • Have excellent communication skills with all staff members, external suppliers & organisations
  • Keep a calm manner in all situations
  • Have a positive can do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work efficiently and meet required deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Good team player
