This Finance Manager position based in Slough has become available due to a promotion internally. The business will exhaust all internal options before reaching out for external assistance. The new employee will be responsible for the day to day management of the UK Ledgers team, consisting of 6 people. They will also be well versed in monthly management accounts (under IFRS is preferred) and production of statutory accounts (under FRS 101/102). A process improvement driven individual is a must as this role will be involved in continuous development of current controls. This role would suit a technically astute Finance Manager.
Candidates wishing to be considered will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a track record of managing a team of 5-10. They will be able to manipulate large amount of technical data and communicate on a more simple level. IFRS, FRS, Manufacturing/ Engineering experience is highly desirable.
£55k-£60k per annum + 15% bonus + other excellent benefits
