Robert Half been appointed to work with a prestigious Business within Birmingham Business Park they're looking for someone on a temporary to permanent basis, the right individual will be fast tracked and developed.

Part of a team of 15, you will to be reporting to and working closely with the Payroll Manager You will get involved in the day to day running of key HR functions. There will be an opportunity for the right person to learn and become more involved in other areas of our financial reporting and systems development. The applicant must be flexible, hands-on with a positive attitude.
The Role
  • Employee lifecycle administration in line with SOX requirements (starters, leavers, changes to terms and conditions, ad-hoc payment
  • Amendments to contractual & personal details - transacted on time and correctly in line with HR policies, systems, processes and any service level agreements and timetables
  • Employee master data and associated records are maintained
  • Positive behaviours and achievement of objectives demonstrated
  • Effective support for HR Services Manager

  • Administration Experience
  • HR educational Background or HR experience
  • You MUST be immediately available or on 1 weeks notice
  • Willingness to influence and challenge processes
  • Motivated & reliable individual with good attention to detail
  • You will be proactive/enthusiastic team player with good communication skills
  • Good Excel skill
