Purchase Ledger Supervisor

A growing business based in Avonmouth are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Supervisor - offering £25,000 - £27,000. The role would be perfect for someone looking to take a step up and manage a small team with the potential to grow.

The Role

Reporting directly into the Finance Manager - you will be responsible for managing one other and two temporary Purchase Ledger Clerks with the opportunity for this to grow.

Key Duties:
  • Ensuring timely & accurate processing and paying of supplier invoices on to the general ledger
  • Producing regular payment runs & cashflow reports
  • Processing expenses
  • Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Provide analysis of costs to date and future payment runs
  • Dealing with supplier queries

Your Profile
  • Previous experience within Purchase Ledger
  • Previous experience within a high-volume transaction department
  • Ability/desire to manage and drive change
