Robert Half are currently working with a multi-national company to bring on an Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Manager. This is the ideal role for someone who is looking to progress and develop whilst gaining exposure from an exceptional Finance Manager.
- Posting all invoices
- Raising all payments on banking system
- Reconciliations to supplier statements
- Dealing with supplier queries and requests via phone and email
- Processing customer direct debit payments
- Processing Staff Expenses
- Business Credit Card expenses
- Bank reconciliations
- Support the Finance Manager as required
The successful candidate will have had experience as an accounts assistant and be looking for the next step in their career. Ideally you will have worked within a team and feel comfortable working with others both at a senior and junior level.
