An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable specialist to join a London based communications consultancy. This role requires you to support all functions associated with the accounts payable process with key a focus on ensuring the accurate and timely posting of invoices and timely payment of suppliers. You will assist with all other reporting procedures as and when necessary.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months Accounts Payable experience, be degree educated with at least a 2:1 and beginning their ACCA / CIMA studies. You will have proven skills in attention to detail and good time management. The role will involve dealing with vendor queries and liaising with internal stakeholders therefore exemplary communication skills are essential. You will also have a background in process improvement.
