Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently working with a Luxury Retail Brand who are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their fast-growing Mayfair based finance team. This role is for 3 months with an immediate start and potential to become permanent.
The ideal candidate will at least 2 year's relevant Accounts Assistant experience, as well as possessing strong communication skills to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders. This is a demanding role, and the candidate should be able to work under their own initiative.
Relevant experience, alongside strong excel skills are desired. Duties will include:
- Responsibility for the purchase ledger invoicing and payment runs
- bank reconciliations
- Manage petty cash and post relevant journals
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- VAT Returns
- Ad hoc reporting and other duties
