Robert Half are working with a rapidly growing start up business in Oxford to recruit a Customer Solutions Advisor to join their vibrant team. This is a great opportunity within a busy, fast paced environment offering a salary between £24,000 - £28,000 and within an excellent office environment.

The Role

  • Liaising with customers regarding missed payments/loans
  • Communicating effectively via telephone and email
  • Suggesting solutions to ensure payments are made
  • Execute high level customer service
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Make inbound/outbound calls


  • Experience collecting payments/debts would be ideal
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone manner

Salary & Benefits

Our client is offering a salary between £24,000 - £28,000, bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave, excellent work facilities. This position works shifts whereby you will be required to work in rotation with 9AM - 5PM on one week and then 12PM - 8PM the following and then reoccurring. You will also be required to work one Saturday in four 10AM - 6PM and you will be provided a day off in the following week.
