Robert Half Finance and Accounting are seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic manufacturing organisation based near Newport.


This is a highly commercial role with significant exposure at a board level. You will:

Build solid working relationships with CCO, Commercial Operations Manager, Regional Sales Directors and Director of Marketing & Product Management as a trusted partner to the group Commercial functions providing the right balance of robust challenge and support for commercial decision making.

Provide financial analysis and insights to aid decision making.

Provide commentary on Revenue performance.

Prepare the Revenue forecast monthly driven by Invoiced, PO'd and pipeline opportunities with commentary.

Reduce report time and increase value added activities through smart use of data and analytics.

Continuously improve the accuracy and presentation of commercial management information.

Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

Evaluation commercial bids / tenders

Assist in the development of a Business Plan which articulates how current "in year" proposals will be executed and align it to the delivery of longer-term objectives.

This is initially an 18 month contract.


Qualified Accountant with strong manufacturing experience.

Salary from £55,000 to £60,000 plus an excellent benefits package
