FP&A Business Partner
A highly commercial and value-adding FP&A Business Partner role for an extremely high growth global technology Organisation within Central London.
My client is an extremely high growth global technology business that was originally established by a group of 5 friends who have expanded this business into a market leader in its field. This award winning business is looking to expand into new markets and invest in people who are willing to grow with the business.
This highly commercial position with be responsible for business partnering with both finance and none finance senior stakeholders globally, to support commercial business decisions. This person will analyse the performance of each division with the aim of adding value. Other responsibilities will include:
Decision Support & driving change - Pricing, unit cost control, staffing and hiring, contract negotiation, investment appraisal & business case preparation and scenario planning.
Business Planning to enable growth through budgeting/forcasting and challenging plans & assumptions to drive highly profitable growth.
Providing Management Information & Analysis into business critical issues and presenting this at monthly divisional meetings
Ad Hoc analysis projects
The successful candidate will be a fully qualifed (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) accountant with strong commercial financial exposure ideally within an SME technology business. Other must have expedience include:
- Great at innovating systems, optimising and automating processes
Personable and effective communicator with strong presentation skills
Advanced excel and model building skills (pivot table and Marcos level)
Strong budgeting/forcasting skills
