Agresso Finance Systems Analyst: 60 - 70K + benefits

On behalf of a large engineering company in London and with operations around the globe, we are recruiting for an Agresso / Unit4 Business World Systems Analyst on a permanent basis. This is a new role being introduced to improve the system blueprint for further Group company roll outs; to improve the interface with 3rd party solutions and to ensure the system is functioning, performing and is completely reliable. The Agresso Systems Analyst will manage one Agresso Analyst also based in London.

Main Duties:
  • Performing systems evaluation and business requirements gathering
  • Driving simplification of business processes and providing excellent user experience
  • Designing, configuring and implementing new or improved Agresso functionality for HR, Finance, Payroll and Project Management Modules
  • Leading and managing projects from inception to completion
  • Ensuring maximum value from 3rd party consultants via deliverable management, maintenance of issues logs and functional specifications
  • Planning, designing and deploying Agresso application changes, working with Development teams, Business Process Owners and IT around year-end update of reporting structures
  • Liaising with end users regarding system issues
  • Apply audit principles to ensure data integrity, internal controls and audit trails are maintained
  • Develop review and execute system test Scripts and perform end-to-end testing of business processes
  • Design develop UAT guides, training and workshops

Person Specification:
  • Hands-on experience in using Agresso Unit4 Business World / Agresso ERP Financial modules
  • Part or fully qualified accountant
  • Proven experience in business and financial systems analysis, design and application
  • Experience from the professional services sector
  • Data migration experience
  • Proven staff management and development experience
  • Proven experience of UAT, training and workshops for end users on Agresso
  • Ideally experience of the Finance, HR and Project Management Modules
