Salary: up to £24,000 DOE

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

This company is the UK's leading independent provider of fleet incident management and specialist vehicle recovery services. They are now looking for an ambitious individual to lead a team of invoicing administrators.

Role Overview:

The Company is looking for a team leader to front the invoicing team and effectively manage the daily, weekly and monthly processes. Reporting into the Invoicing Manager you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of all cost types within the area to meet the client billing requirements to ensure speedy cash collection. Running the team on a day to day basis, you will be responsible for overseeing workloads. You will be critical in identifying process improvements and ensuring correct financial recording of transactions.

You will excel in your ability to get the best out of your team members, through strong hands-on coaching and performance management.

Highly customer and delivery focused, you will thrive on working in a target driven environment where performance improvements and innovation are constantly being pursued. With a well-developed sense of financial awareness and experience of working in a finance department, you will be someone who can see the bigger picture and work closely with peers and line managers to ensure delivery against SLA's and targets.
