Trainee Accountant/Graduate Accountant
A top tier Accounts assistant is sought for a Private Equity firm in the City of London. The role comprises but is not limited to: processing and monitoring all transactions in SUN; operational support and financial administration; preparation and submission of VAT returns; monitoring receivables and highlighting recoverability issues; assisting with Year End Statutory Reporting; assisting with Investor Reporting; preparation of financial analysis to support decisions into projects; identifying efficient methods and making suggestions for improvements and ad-hoc reports and projects.
The ideal candidate for this Assistant Accountant role for the private Equity firm based in City of London would be a graduate working towards ACCA or CIMA qualification. Ideally from University you will have obtained a minimum of a 2:1 degree. No experience is required, however, 3-6 months exposure to a finance function would be beneficial, through placement year or part time work or since graduating.
