Are you a qualified accountant with Transaction Services experience? Keen to gain exposure to a broader suite of Corporate Finance services? If so, this could be the opportunity for you. One of my Top 20 clients is building out its Corporate Finance practice and seeking a new team member at Assistant Manager (or Manager) level. The firm operates in the SME space and specialises in mid-market level deals with a value up to £100m.
This is a varied role which means, in addition to due diligence, you will work on projects including M&A, MBO / MBI and Growth Capital Raising transactions. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist with larger/complex transactions, taking more of a leading role on smaller transactions.

I am keen to hear from people with the following profile:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- 3-4 years relevant professional experience - could be trained in audit with post qualification experience in corporate finance (5+ years' experience for Manager level)
- Preparation of due diligence reports is essential, experience in producing valuation reports is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
