The main tenets of this role will be to assist with the preparation of the periodic accounts, prepare reconciliations and provide support to the team to produce reports and analysis to the business.

Specific duties include:
  • Assist the management accounting team in all aspects of the financial period end, including but not limited to:
  • Prepare and post journals
  • Review & reconcile petty cash submissions from site and post journals
  • Complete first reviews of overhead costs and provide commentary
  • Assist the team with the completion of balance sheet reconciliations at each period end
  • Producing monthly reports
  • Assist the transactional team with posting of sales and purchase invoice transactions

Experience, skills, Qualifications:
  • AAT Qualified or 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate user of Excel
