A well regarded charity with offices based in Surrey.Description Manage the Finance team, including annual appraisals, target setting and monitoring, with regular one to ones to ensure all processing and reporting requirements are met within specified timescales
Preparation of management accounts, including budget monitoring and forecasting, ensuring all control accounts are reconciledPrepare statutory accounts in accordance with agreed timescales.Assisting the Senior Leadership Team with any other ad-hoc tasks. Profile A recognised Accountancy Qualification (e.g CIMA/ACMA/CIPFA/ACCA)
Previous line-management experienceExcellent communication skillsExperience of financial planning/business plans. Job Offer
