ACA- Graduate Trainee (Consultancy)

Boasting over 60 offices in more than 20 countries, and over 2,500 consultants, our client has served more than 35% of the FORTUNE® 1000 and Global 500 companies and 30% of all FTSE 100 companies.
They are currently recruiting for their highly-competitive Graduate Scheme, where they will hire top recent graduates who want to embark on a 3-year Consultancy training contract. This is a permanent position within the company that has a structured and meritocratic promotion system with guaranteed progression after your studies are complete. Full study support will be offered, as part of the training contract, for qualifications such as the ACA, CISSP, ICAS, or CISA (among others).
Role and Requirements: As a Consultant on the graduate trainee program you will be part of delivering solutions to clients from day one. The organisation offers travel opportunities, an approachable work environment and extensive training to provide you with the technical skills you need to advance your career. As core members of project teams, you will help identify, prioritise and manage risks for clients to enhance organisational performance and business value. You will learn technical skills in general risk areas, and will have the ability to identify and evaluate control effectiveness and gaps between risks and controls. You will also be exposed to the company's methodologies, tools and technologies used to meet the client's requirements. Consultants spend the majority of their time conducting interviews, compiling and analysing data and documenting findings in a dynamic, team oriented environment. Once on board, you will be fully supported with your ACA, CISSP, ICAS, or CISA Qualification.
In order to apply for the position, candidates must have all grades of A*s, A's and Bs at both GCSE & A-level. Any grades lower then this at GCSE or A-Level will not be accepted into the application process. Successful applicants will have recently graduated with an Accounting/Finance/Economics/Mathematics/IT or Business related degree from a red brick or top 50 University. The role will involve some UK & European travel.
Salary and Benefits: The starting salary for this role is £28,000. Benefits include Pension, Health & Dental Care, and full study support, in addition to working in a modern Grade A listed office in Central London.
