PACT HR is a well established and respected HR services provider, based in Bradford City Centre and currently providing a range of HR advisory and administration service to schools, Academies and Multi Academy Trusts. In looking to extend both the services that we provide and our client base, we are looking to recruit a Finance and Accounts Manager.  This is a new role in the team as we look to increase our commercial activity. This post will manage the service finances from a management accounts perspective, monitoring costs, income, turnover, profit and loss ratios etc. You will provide regular reports to the management team of the business to inform decision making, determine pricing, costs, margins etc.

You should hold a relevant professional accounting qualification, i.e. ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA etc. or have the equivalent level of experience as well as 5 years experience of management accounting in a commercial organisation/business.
