Robert Half are currently partnering with a Unique and Fun Retail Company to bring on board a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to grow their career whilst supporting their studies.

Role

Purchase Ledger Clerk
  • Reporting to the Management Accountant


  • Ensure that payments are made to supplies from the Euro and US Dollar accounts


  • Enter stock purchase invoices, Euro and US dollar, into accounting package


  • Match purchase orders / pro forma payment to invoices


  • Maintain overseas supplier accounts ledger, with monthly supplier account reconciliations and ledger tidy up.


  • Send remittance advice and confirmation letters to suppliers via email


  • Be willing to cover other roles in Finance due to sickness or vacations.


Profile
  • Experience within a transactional role.
  • Proactive and confident to liaise with suppliers and other members within the finance team.
