You will have a comprehensive understanding of, and experience interpreting and advising on, the accounting codes, standards and regulations that are relevant to local authorities. You will be strong communicator, with experience of working across multi-disciplinary teams and you will know how to establish credibility and use your influence within a large complex organisation. You will think radically, be open to innovating and always searching for new ways of working to help us achieve the best value for money. Plus we understand that life sometimes doesn’t always go according to plan and that there are times where work has to fit around you, which is why we are committed to ensuring flexible working options across all of our business units.
