Robert Half are partnering experienced Assistant Accountant to join our busy Finance team just south of Taunton. You will act as a key contact across the business liaising regularly with the Bristol office.

The Role
  • Customer Invoicing and Credit Control
  • Prepare and Post Accruals and Prepayments
  • Manage revenue recognition
  • Manage fixed asset register
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Month end close
    • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
    • Review project margins and adjust as needed
    • Perform full review of accounts before closing
  • Management reporting
    • Prepare weekly metrics reporting including rolling revenue forecast
    • Prepare management reporting for the group to include - flash report, management pack and parent company reporting
    • Provide insightful analysis on the results and variances to budget

Your Profile
  • Part qualified accountant or equivalent experience
  • Highly desirable to have experience using SAGE
  • Previous experience in management reporting
