The Role

Robert Half are working with a leading specialist technology solutions and outsource service provider to recruit for a Process Development Supervisor. This full-time, permanent role is reporting directly in to the Credit Manager, and requires someone who is willing to develop the role to add the most value to the wider team.

Key responsibilities

  • To produce reporting and statistical analysis for the Cash Receivables function
  • Experience assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and controls
  • Assist in developing new tools and systems to enhance performance management and quality assurance across a range of services
  • Application of expertise in the production and maintenance of specialist tools and techniques to include Excel Dashboards, Excel Macros and VBA
  • Evolution of the centralised MI suite to meet the demands of a progressive and developing landscape
  • To produce visual tools such as graphs and charts to illustrate technical reports and record comprehensible account of ledger position and performance trends
  • Provide comprehensive support for process development and efficiency projects within remit of business
  • Evaluate and implement new ways of working for the function in relation to systems and service delivery

Your profile

The successful candidate will a self-starter who is willing to go and learn what is needed to be better able to meet the business demands. You will need to possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ideally experience of banking processes will be advantageous in this role however it is vital that you are motivated, have lots of initiative and possess a strong work ethic, always striving for success.

You will need the following

  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel VBA (Macro) & Dashboard Reporting is essential
  • Demonstrable evidence of data interpretation and analysis
  • Pro-active approach to skills development and self-learning
  • A methodical approach to problem solving and the ability to resolve difficult and challenging situations
  • Commercial acumen with strong analytical, logic and problem solving skills
  • Experience of risk-based control identification and assessment methodologies
  • Motivation and ambition to progress in a challenging and changing environment

Salary & Benefits
