Responsible for managing pricing with focus on three core customer groups: Sales, Marketing, and Finance. The Analyst is responsible for aligning with franchise commercial teams to support many processes including pricing agreement negotiations, discount management, pricing maintenance, and frameworks pricing maintenance. Working with the franchises and Key Account Manager for Private Groups, the Analyst is responsible for managing the process of setting list prices and their adjustments each year and helping develop and implement pricing strategies, programs, and promotions. On-going contract and pricing analysis and insights into the franchises will be a key part of the role.

Duties / responsibilities

  • Work with Business Services Director, Franchise heads and Regional Managers to develop and implement cross-franchise pricing models.
  • Support Commercial Services Team with management of pricing policies and pricing support process including accurate application of pricing on Stryker’s CRM system.
  • Develop / create new pricing and analytics tools to support the Business Services Director and the Commercial Services Team function to deliver best-in-class services into the Stryker franchises
  • Continuous improvement of Tender Management tools for single and multi-franchise offerings.
  • Provide analysis and insights related to sales channel performance, customer and market trends, and other internal and external factors that may impact Key Account performance.
  • Provide Analysis and Support for review of account specific pricing and for business review meeting
  • Work with other members of the tenders and contracts team and finance in order providing profitability analysis on all contract amendments and extension
  • Support the Business Services Director with the development of pricing and commercial proposition for Stryker Managed Services.

Job Requirements Experience required:

  • Produce qualitative and quantitative analysis, with financial modelling capabilities.
  • Strong Financial Analysis
  • Track record of Business and Customer Analysis
  • Experience of CRM Management and Systems
  • Time / Project management skills
  • Flexible in working towards short deadlines
  • Experience in Sales/Business Management either in a commercial role or management of CRM systems
  • Experience in healthcare and Med Tech desirable but not mandatory
  • Understanding of Tenders and contract management processes (public and private) an advantage


  • Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Excel.
  • Studying towards a professional qualification – CIMA/ACCA or already qualified
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial & analytical tool skills (Excel mandatory and SAP/Oracle preferred)
