As a Financial Reporting Manager, you'll be supporting the end-to-end process owner of Financial Reporting in the UK for the business.

Their Finance Business Partners are key; they are fully integrated members of the business management team, setting strategy, and driving themselves and those around them to add value.


As the Financial Reporting Manager in Warwick you will be:
  • Working with a range of stakeholders to translate external guidelines and controls to help optimise financial operations
  • Liaising with the shared service providers to make sure they're reflecting the changes too
  • Controlling the processes to ensure financial statements, external audits and other financial reporting is done accurately

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA etc), you'll have experience in preparing financial statements, , transaction/close process management and governance risk control. An innovator and creative thinker, you'll always be looking out for opportunities to improve processes, as well as motivating and developing their highly driven, customer-led finance team. When new financial processes and protocols come along in the industry, you'll use your expertise to update and develop accounting policies and manuals used across the business, as well as advise service providers on their next steps.


    The Financial Reporting Manager in Warwick will need to:
    • Be a fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA etc)
    • Have experience in preparing financial statements, accounting and reporting pronouncements
    • Look for opportunities to improve processes
