Commercial Finance Business Partnering role within a large recognisable premium brand

Partner with Sales Operations in a business facing role

Client Details

The client is a large recognisable brand, that is market leading and growing. At the front of innovative new ideas, and driving growth in the UK, this is a fantastic business to work for in the Thames Valley.


You will be the Business Partner for the Head of Operations, and required to build strong relationships with GM's across the channel to provide strong financial leadership and governance on channel performance management. You will support and guide efficiencies, from both an operational and functional cost perspective, with value add recommendations to ensure the trading & cost targets are met; ensure the required SOX controls are in place and maintain an audit trail of any amendments to support SOX requirements, ensuring bonuses & commissions are paid per agreement terms; review business cases and provide financial analysis to ensure all risks and opportunities are fully understood and approved, and follow up with post implementation reviews.

There will be line management - providing ongoing development of one DR through regular 1-2-1's to deliver insightful commercial support to deliver the channel objectives and meet the expectations of business partners, in addition to monthly reporting to stakeholders across sales and finance directorates.

It is expected that you will be using a collaborative approach to build wider business relationships, pro-actively work with stakeholders across finance and sales teams to introduce improved processes & policies to focus on delivery of business targets.


Successful candidates will be fully qualified - CIMA, ACA or ACCA (or equivalent) with experience of business partnering operational & sales teams and the ability to influence. He/she will have excellent presentation, analytical and communication skills with the ability to prioritise & work to tight deadlines.
