Finance Manager in West London

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Hands on responsibility for Head office business unit accounting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Complete ownership of Head Office balance sheet including bank
  • Providing Management Information and monthly P&L review of global Head Office function
  • Providing senior business partnering to Budget holders across Head Office
  • Supervising, coaching and training of shared finance resource
  • Undertaking administration and approval of Agent commissions and payments
  • Performing Sales commission calculations for European sales team
  • Ensuring that all relevant control frameworks are adhered to
  • Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
  • Point person for internal and external auditors
  • Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, banks and HMRC
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ad hoc project management as agreed with Regional FD

Person description
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with significant PQ experience
  • First time passes and strong academics (2.1, good A levels etc…)
  • Audit experience with some gained in small companies or SMEs
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Strong post-audit balance sheet and general ledger experience
  • Experience of management reporting, consolidation and presentation

Salary - £55k
