Robert Half Finance and Accounting are actively recruiting for an exciting temporary Purchase Ledger clerk role to support a rapidly growing online gaming business in Weybridge. The role is being offered as a 6 month temporary assignment following on with a potential conversion into a fixed term contract.

With onsite parking the business is looking to recruit a target driven purchase ledger clerk to join a high performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities.
  • Match, batch and code a high volume of invoices.
  • Deal with supplier queries.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Bacs payments.
  • Take responsibility of the prepayment invoices.
  • Pre-payments and accruals.
  • Ad hoc duties.

Your Profile

The successful purchase ledger clerk is likely to have had previous purchase ledger experience, specifically in dealing with high volumes. You will be working with a team of approximately 8 and reporting directly to the senior purchase ledger clerk.

Salary and Benefits

£12.50 per hour, onsite parking.
